Marc Kilgour will be adopted by Charles Henderson and grow up to be Terrance McAfferty. Marc will meet Henderson's assistant, she and Henderson get married and then, Miss McAfferty is technically Marc's mum. That's why he uses her name when he joins CHERUB!

2) Marc who is 12ish during the war, surviving to now in the CHERUB timeline (2007) would make him around 78 which makes him have to retire in Britian at the age 65 in the year 1989 making it impossible for him to Mac.

Henderson's wife only comes into the series in book 3, Secret Army, when they're back in the UK.

McAfferty is Henderson's assistant.

As to how Henderson ends up with a son called McAfferty, you'll have to wait and see!

i dont think he will tell you tho! i really want to read those books!! i cant afford them because i have to pay for them with my allowence, and i spent all of that on the CHERUB books! grrrr they have to cost so much! grrrr!
